Tips to expel dull complexion.
Its is true indeed about the phrase " you are what you eat".
Most girls like me complains of dull complexion and food has something to do with it. Believe or not, we can have translucent skin through the food that we consume daily. I find it hard to do so as many of us are super busy and hardly have time for anything. In order to beat dull complexion, we have to eat almonds(contain monounsaturated fats, omega-3 fats, protein, half your recommended Vitamin E and seven per cent of your daily calcium needs, and zinc which are all nutrients that keep the skin healthy and glowing), kiwis (rich in vitamin C. This prevents skin damage and helps build collagen, the fibrous protein that keeps skin elastic), garlic ( contains antimicrobial compounds that can protect your skin from fungal infections) , flax seeds(contain omega-3 fatty acids that protect the skin against sun damage and maintain healthy cell membranes, keeping toxins out and water and nutrients in) and of course drink plenty of water.
